The weather is rainy 9 months out of the year but its always like that. if I lived there I'd either be used to it and wouldn't complain or I'd move. So it doesn't make any sense why people always complain about it. Please explain

I live in Seattle, and I've NEVER heard anybody complain about the weather. I suppose if the weather is particularly bad, people mention it (don't they everywhere). It actually doesn't rain that much here (in winter it does, though) - Seattle tends to be VERY dry...

Mentioning the weather is not the same thing as complaining about it. It's raining right now in Issaquah, just a few miles from Seattle, but that's fine with me. People comment on the weather everywhere, don't they?

well you haven't lived there so stfu ignorant ******. just kidding, but honestly if you havent experienced years of cloud days than u really wouldn't know. It can depress some people, the weather can really affect you gradually.
