Everyone talks about how the Lakers are too old and their an old team. well the mavericks aren't young either at all.

So even though the Mavs are just as old, for some reason they seem fresher, and the younger. While the lakers who are similar in age look old.

The Lakers are in the middle of a 3 peat. They have already done the impossible by coming this far. Dallas is not necessarily a better team. This is something that comes to all great teams inevitably. it came to the Celtics, it came to the Spurs, and now it will come to the LAL. They are the best team in the NBA, but they are currently out of fuel.

The Mavs are just playing their game and I don't know the Lakers are doing. They also have bigs who are just as good as LA's.

Call me crazy, but LA could still win this thing if...

A.) They start Odom @ PF and Gasol @ center. They are just a better combo than Gasol/Bynum.

B.) Kobe needs to completely take over on offense. not just scoring, but getting others involved as well. like 35 points, 10 assists type games from him, because no one else seems capable creating his own shots. That is "IF" Kobe still has that type of performance in him?

Seems like the Lakers don't even care, and they lost the love for the game. Dirk would kill to get into the NBA Finals, and he is willing the Mavs to win.

Well the Mavs are just playing some good basketball, and doing all the little things right. The Lakers just don't look the same, especially with Pau playing the way he is. Props to the Mavs though.
