Art Downtown: The Halifax Arts Festival is back for 59
The rain and cold weather didn’t prevent the second oldest ongoing festival in Florida.
Although the first day (Saturday, November 6) of the two-day art festival was canceled due to the previous day’s rainy weather, artists, visitors, and locals alike filled Beach Street on Sunday, November 7, the 59th day of the Halifax Arts Festival. annual. White tents line both sides of Beach Street, where more artists show their work on City Island. This year’s festival also included a student art exhibition at the Daytona Beach Regional Library.
