Fundraising campaign for elderly care raises $150,000 | Sumter County Shopper

The farm-to-fork fundraiser on November 4 was a success, with nearly $150,000 raised through silent and live auctions in support of the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation. Reba Mazak hosted the event at The Barn at Mazak Ranch in Bushnell.

The program celebrated Cheryl Purcell Coggins, who passed away in June 2020 and was instrumental in the construction of the Lynne Purcell Hospice in Bushnell. The site was named in honor of her late husband.
