This Florida mansion used to be owned by Madonna, now he’s being sold by a dog
German Shepherd Gunter, a dog who has had a fortune across generations thanks to a $500 million credit, is selling his Florida waterfront mansion formerly owned by mega pop star Madonna.
The villa is located 3029 Brickell Ave. This 7,947-square-foot, Tuscan-style apartment in Miami has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a pool, tennis court, pier, and some great views of Biscayne Bay.
According to the Associated Press, Gunther is the master of the house and sleeps in Madonna’s old bed. “He literally sleeps with the most amazing view in a custom Italian bed in the former bedroom of the world’s greatest pop stars,” real estate agent Ruthie Assoulin told the publication.
Gunther’s crazy fortune can be traced back to his great-grandfather, Gunther III, who inherited a multi-million dollar credit from the late owner, German Countess Karlotta Liebenstein. The dog-friendly trust invests primarily in real estate, and mainly funds a team of dealers, who take Gunter on extravagant trips, feed him caviar, and support him a life far better than the average human.
Madonna’s Gunther’s Miami property has reportedly been purchased for $7.5 million, and is currently asking $31,750,000.
